House Rules and Policies

Sorry, no pets. (Pets are not allowed on the Tybee Beach .)

Smoking is not permitted inside of the Inn and condos. Smoking is permitted on porches at the Inn and Condo’s. Guest will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee for professional removal of smoke residue from room.

A $50.00 Cleaning Fee will be charged to the Condo’s for normal cleaning.

To avoid additional Housekeeping charges, please:

Return all furniture to its original location.

Please shake excess sand from towels, shoes and personal items before entering room. Excessive sand in room or linens may results in additional cleaning or damage fees.

Do Not Remove Linens from room. This includes towels, linens and comforters. Abuse to these items may results in additional cleaning or damage fees.

Rates are for single or double occupancy with an additional charge for more than 2 guests per room at the Inn . No more than 4 guests at the 1 Bedroom Condos and no more than 6 guests at the 2 Bedroom Condo.

Parking Passes are for the Inn and are in each room at the Inn . They are valid on legal parking places only on 17th Street or the Parking Lot at the end of the Street. There will be a $120 charge for each parking pass not returned at time of departure.

Two Parking spaces are available for each condo. Rarely two cars will not fit due to size such as SUV or trucks, etc. If your two cars do not fit in your space, you will have to buy a parking pass at city hall. The price is $24 or $26 for a two day pass.

2 night Minimum stay on weekends or special events.

Rooms and Condos are reserved with a deposit of 50% for stays of 4 or more nights. Balance due within 14 days of arrival same method of payment will be used for the Final Payment. Three Nights or less require the total to be paid at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONDOS.

If you cancel at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date, you will be refunded your amount paid less $50.00 cancellation Fee per Condo.

IF YOU MUST LEAVE EARLY DURING YOUR STAY AT THE CONDO, WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 17TH STREET INN

If you cancel at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date, 30 days for Holiday , special events and multiple rooms, you will be refunded amount paid less $50.00 cancellation Fee per room.

IF YOU MUST LEAVE EARLY DURING YOUR STAY AT THE INN , WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION.

Violation of these Rules can result in early termination Without Refund.
